❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How do I process multiple images at once?
When using tools like Resize, Convert, Compress, or Batch Rename,
tap "Select Images" and choose multiple images from your photo
library. You can select up to 10 images at a time. Then configure
your settings and tap "Start Processing" to apply the changes to all
selected images.
Where do my processed images go?
All processed images are saved in the app's History tab. From there,
you can preview, share, save to Photos, or delete them. Pro users
can save directly to their photo library and share images.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Image Converter processes everything 100% offline on
your device. Your images never leave your phone. No account is
required, and we don't collect any data or analytics. Your privacy
is built into the app by design.
What image formats are supported?
You can convert between JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and TIFF formats. The
app reads all major image formats from your photo library.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any
previously purchased subscriptions or lifetime access. Make sure
you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original
purchase.
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes access to all image editing tools with
basic functionality. Upgrading to Pro unlocks batch processing,
sharing, saving to Photos, unlimited history, and removes all
limitations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. Go to
Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Image
Converter, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You can also manage
subscriptions in the App Store app.
The app says "No permission to access photos"
Image Converter needs access to your photo library to select and
save images. Go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy > Photos > Image
Converter and select "Limited Access" or "Full Access." The app will
guide you through this if needed.
